Appointments
Please call 585.256.0338 to reserve your appointment. A credit card is required to hold appointment at time of booking.
Check-in
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to fill out needed paperwork, select polish colors, and relax with a hot or cold beverage. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled with a fee.
Policies
In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off.
Smoking is not permitted.
We love children, but do not want them in the spa area, as others come to relax. In the Salon, children must be accompanied by another adult, not receiving a service, during your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to appointments are accepted up to 24 hours prior to appointment without incurring a charge. Without this notification, the credit card held on file will be charged in full.
Reservations
Advance reservations are strongly recommended - please contact our Spa Coordinator to request an appointment reservation. A credit card is required to reserve the appointment, only if there is a failure to follow our cancelation policy will this card be charged. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Gift Cards
Maxim Spa and Salon makes purchasing gift cards convenient.
Gift cards can be purchased on site, online, or via telephone.
Gift cards received may be redeemed for the value of the gift card.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards are good for 1 year only.
Special Needs
Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or you are pregnant.
Therapists
You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our licensed therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
All massages are performed by Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) and insurance receipts will be issued upon request.
Communication
Please communicate with your technician to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your needs.
Clothing
We provide you with a robe and slippers and you are draped during your massage. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Disposable bra and underwear is available for body treatments and waxing services as well.
Gratuities
It is solely up to the client what gratuity is given to service provider. We provide private envelopes in which the technician will receive. We have found that most are between 15-20% the total of the service.
